Only one facility has two shifts and we never work at night.
We do not force people to dedicate their whole existence to work – we want them to come to work well-rested and happy.
Nor are they resources or means of production.
Unlike people, machines don’t need rest, space for personal development, love or acceptance.
However, machines will always need people – who are well rested, mentally and professionally mature, satisfied and happy.

Investments are made to provide better technologies, education, equipment and a good company environment. And into employee lunches that cost them just 3 cents.
